Joe Aiello, classically trained Certified Executive Chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, again, teams up with his wife Myrah for another culinary adventure through Italy. Don’t be surprised to meet one of their daughters, Mimi and Isabelle who are learning the ropes and making guests feel welcome and part of the family.
The menu features fabulous authentic pastas using only the finest in imported Italian products. Not in the mood for pasta? Try one of the many fresh and healthy grilled or sautéed dishes. There is something for everyone. A business lunch, romantic interlude or a family feast. This spot says it all. Aiello’s features a full bar and moderately priced Italian Wine List. You can even stop by for a light bite at our gorgeous new granite bar or on the quaint outdoor café.
Restaurants are not all the Aiello’s thrive at. Catering for high profile, Fortune 500 companies in New York City, found comfort in their proficient operation. As there was no space to enlarge their 90 seat restaurant, the business needed to grow. The Aiello’s former catering operation served as the exclusive caterers for such clients as, Good Morning America, Rosie O’Donnell Show, HBO Corporate, American Express, Alitalia Airlines NYC Headquarters and Borders Books and Music to name a few. Aiello’s will pick that market segment up again out west for corporate clients in Phoenix after launching the opening.
You’ll find Joe or Myrah anytime either behind the open kitchen or on the floor entertaining their diner with Tombola, a game of Italian Bingo from Joe’s Nana that adds spice to the night and perhaps a free dinner.
